- "What if she messes up a booking?" — Every call is logged. You can see what Clair said, when she said it, and what she booked. If anything ever looks off, you can pause forwarding in seconds. No multi-month contracts. No lock-in.
- "Will my clients know it's AI?" — Clair sounds like a real, experienced front desk. She uses your salon name, your services, your tone. Most callers assume she's your receptionist. If you want her to say she's AI, we can configure that too.
- "Can I keep my current number and booking system?" — Yes. You keep your existing phone number. You simply forward calls to Clair. We integrate with Vagaro, Mangomint, Square Appointments, and Meevo. On any other platform, she still answers and books the way you specify.
- "What if I decide this isn't for me?" — You can cancel anytime. Forwarding off turns Clair off. No fees to stop. No "call us to cancel" dark pattern. Your Stripe billing stops going forward.
Here's exactly what the next 48 hours look like.
- 1. Secure checkout on Stripe. You complete payment on Stripe's checkout page. We never see your full card number. You'll get an email receipt immediately.
- 2. You land on your onboarding page. Right after payment, you're sent to a short intake where you tell Clair your salon name, main number, hours, booking link, and top services.
- 3. Clair learns your playbook. You give her a few sentences on how you handle fully booked days and after-hours calls. This becomes her script for edge cases.
- 4. We wire Clair to your phones. You get simple forwarding instructions. Most owners point their salon line to Clair in under 10 minutes. Your number doesn't change.
- 5. We connect your booking platform (if you want). If you're on Vagaro, Mangomint, Square, or Meevo, our team connects Clair to your calendar so she can read availability and book directly.
- 6. Clair starts answering real calls. From this point on, every call that hits your salon number is answered, logged, and handled based on the rules you gave her.
You are not locked into anything. You get a full 14 days to let Clair answer real calls for your salon. If you're not impressed, you can cancel before the trial ends and walk away. No questions, no "retention" team.
All billing is handled securely by Stripe. You can change plans or cancel from your billing portal at any time. If anything feels off, you email hello@clair247.com and a human fixes it.
14-day guarantee applies to first-time subscribers using fewer than 50 minutes during the guarantee period.
Credits purchased through the Clair portal ("Additional Minutes") are applied to your account balance and used to cover call usage that exceeds your plan's included monthly minutes. Credits do not expire on active accounts.
An account is considered inactive if it has not processed any calls or generated any billing activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Credits on inactive accounts may be forfeited without refund after written notice is provided to the email address on file. Clair reserves the right to modify this inactivity window with thirty (30) days advance notice.
Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not refundable except as required by applicable law. Credits are applied at the overage rate corresponding to your current plan tier at the time of use. Plan downgrades may affect the per-minute value of your credits.
By purchasing Additional Minutes credits, you authorize Clair to charge your saved payment method on file for the amount selected at the time of purchase. Each purchase is a one-time charge processed immediately upon confirmation.
By enabling the Auto-Refill feature, you authorize Clair to automatically charge your saved payment method on file for the refill amount you specify, each time your credits balance falls below the threshold you set. This authorization remains in effect until you disable Auto-Refill in your portal settings or cancel your account. You may disable Auto-Refill at any time from the Settings page. Clair will not charge your payment method for Auto-Refill if no valid payment method is on file.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and up to date. Failed charges due to expired, declined, or removed payment methods may result in service interruption. Clair is not liable for service gaps caused by failed automatic payments.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Clair does not store your full payment card details. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.
