Here's exactly what the next 48 hours look like.

You are not locked into anything. You get a full 14 days to let Clair answer real calls for your salon. If you're not impressed, you can cancel before the trial ends and walk away. No questions, no "retention" team.

All billing is handled securely by Stripe. You can change plans or cancel from your billing portal at any time. If anything feels off, you email hello@clair247.com and a human fixes it.

14-day guarantee applies to first-time subscribers using fewer than 50 minutes during the guarantee period.

Credits purchased through the Clair portal ("Additional Minutes") are applied to your account balance and used to cover call usage that exceeds your plan's included monthly minutes. Credits do not expire on active accounts.

An account is considered inactive if it has not processed any calls or generated any billing activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Credits on inactive accounts may be forfeited without refund after written notice is provided to the email address on file. Clair reserves the right to modify this inactivity window with thirty (30) days advance notice.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not refundable except as required by applicable law. Credits are applied at the overage rate corresponding to your current plan tier at the time of use. Plan downgrades may affect the per-minute value of your credits.

By purchasing Additional Minutes credits, you authorize Clair to charge your saved payment method on file for the amount selected at the time of purchase. Each purchase is a one-time charge processed immediately upon confirmation.

By enabling the Auto-Refill feature, you authorize Clair to automatically charge your saved payment method on file for the refill amount you specify, each time your credits balance falls below the threshold you set. This authorization remains in effect until you disable Auto-Refill in your portal settings or cancel your account. You may disable Auto-Refill at any time from the Settings page. Clair will not charge your payment method for Auto-Refill if no valid payment method is on file.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and up to date. Failed charges due to expired, declined, or removed payment methods may result in service interruption. Clair is not liable for service gaps caused by failed automatic payments.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Clair does not store your full payment card details. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.
